PHOENIX DORSET - INFORMATION
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Our current rates are £24 per annum commencing in February then pro- rata at £2 per month thereafter; for example... if you joined Phoenix Dorset during September your subscription would be £10 (5 months @ £2 per month) till the end of January the following year.
When you have been a member for a full year the annual subscription reduces to £12 per annum.
PRIVACY
We will respect all members privacy and no details will be disclosed to any other organisation or individual without seeking authorisation
TRY-BEFORE-YOU-BUY!
As a "taster" prospective members are most welcome to attend 2 events prior to committing to join to check if Phoenix Dorset is for you!
If you attend a bar night, one of our committee will welcome you to the event, introduce yourself to members and discuss anything you wish to know about us... you'll not be left stranded on your own!
If you wish to attend one of our other events one of our committee will arrange for you to contact the organiser so you can join them and be made to feel welcome.
Our activities are all posted via Email to all members. The walks programme at the start of each month is posted via Email as a pdf document giving contact details for each leader, meeting place and time with a description of the walk. A monthly newsletter is Email'ed out at the start of each month. All other events are posted via Email on an ad-hoc basis.
